It's been 23 days since Ben Habib said a foreign based crypto billionaire gave Boris Johnson £1m
Why haven't any of our journalists asked him about getting money from a foreign based billionaire while complaining about foreign interference in our democracy?
Former MI6 chief Sir Alex Younger on Brexit: “Putin would have been absolutely delighted by our decision.”
“So would Xi. France has effectively eclipsed us. Brexit has marginalised us.” Most striking of all: “Just nobody mentions the UK.”
Very sad that Sir Alex Younger, chief of the Secret Intelligence Service, born on July 4, 1963, died of pancreatic cancer on June 2, 2026, aged 62
Yet you are happy to get money from Iranians, Emiratis, Americans and so on. You are not against foreign interference, @ZiaYusufUK, you want to monopolise it.

Nigel Farage's £5 million handout from a crypto billionaire is a worrying sign of things to come. We must act now to prevent a complete oligarch takeover, argues Oliver…

Forgot about this. After Bannon was corralling Farage and Johnson to topple Theresa May, his former boss Trump chips in to get Farage to do a deal with Johnson in the 2019 election.
A stitch up.
Today I ‘interviewed’ Facebook whistleblower on stage at Hay…& she couldn’t say a word.
Facebook took legal action to prevent her speaking. What pathetic, pointless vindictiveness.
So Mandelson was in talks with Farage, and told Labour comms not to say anything "disobliging".
But Farage obliged by recommending Mandelson as Ambassador.
Something about all this stinks
What’s so disturbing about Farage’s lie that Russia hacked his phone is not just that it’s a deflection from the £5m bribe. It’s that he obviously didn’t expect any media scrutiny, even of such a wild claim. It’s as if as if he’s been assured of exemption from scrutiny.
Email leaks revealed that Johnson lobbied for Harborne. Both Farage and Johnson started lauding crypto around the time they received millions from him. Harborne is suing Ben Habib for suggesting Johnson and Farage colluded in the 2019 election. But they were both in his pocket
Last week: @thenerve_news.
This week: the FT View.
We forensically tracked cryptobillionaire Christopher Harborne’s donations against Nigel Farage’s crypto policy statements.
Yesterday the FT pulled out this same point in its main editorial & notes the similarity to Trump.
1/
Was Farage a politician in early 2024?- yes, he was honorary President of a political party
Should the £5m "gift" have been declared? Yes, after he was elected he had a duty to declare any financial benefits in previous 12 months
Was the donor Harborne a permissible donor according to Electoral Commission? Almost certainly not, the law had changed in Jan 2024 so he wasn't covered by previous 15 year rule. And EC would have said so rather than equivocate.
Therefore, it was an illegal bribe. Farage should serve time.
Zia Yusuf claiming Farage as PM would instruct the Royal Navy to return intercepted boat migrants to France. It's encouraging to see him saying such patently stupid things. Is there a single Reform voter who believes that France will allow Britain to do that?
"Kenyon calls himself Mr Makerfield.
Turns out, he grew up in Merseyside.
He raves about being straight talking, but hides from the press and reads from a script.
He claims to ‘protect our women’, but he routinely disrespects and degrades women."
