I have Received the refund of Rs. 671 from Goibibo. I sincerely thank the ones who trusted me and gave their support all along. And thanks @GoibiboSupport for prompt response unlike @nuegoindia . I hope this should never happen again to anyone in future.

This is not just a complaint. This is about being failed as a customer.

I’ve now officially filed a consumer complaint on https://t.co/bZ7CE7uEJs against @nuegoindia and @GoibiboSupport, because after everything I went through, they still refuse to take responsibility.

UPDATE on issue:
@GoibiboSupport and @nuegoindia have finally initiated the refund. After multiple emails, phone calls and complaints, public escalation.
But still will wait for the amount to be credited before confirming closure
