18th January I last spoke with someone from @Davies_Group and still no update despite being told I would be updated the following week. Not good enough and such an appalling service @Kath_Mainon don’t you think??

. @Davies_Group just curious when to expect the managers call back after raising a complaint last week?Next step will be contacting @Kath_Mainon and raising my concerns further as I am not getting anywhere with regards to £480 of vouchers issued to me that have been already used!

Multiple have been replaced within the area in farmers fields to swing gates which are more accessible, miraculously the 3 that are needed to keep off the road to the village are not fit for purpose - why not change them too as they should have taken priority over others

Can I just have on public record @SomersetCouncil that I’ve highlighted a massive safety issue to my parish council who have in turn forwarded to yourselves… only to be fobbed off with quite an utterly pathetic response. 3 gates not fit for purpose compared to others in area
