🚨 BREAKING — NEPAL FLOOD DISASTER GROWS EVEN WORSE 🇳🇵🇨🇳

The death toll from the catastrophic flash floods along the Nepal–China border has now risen to at least 162, with hundreds of people still missing. 💔

The disaster struck after a glacial collapse sent a massive surge of mud, rocks and water through the Himalayan valleys, devastating communities in Nepal’s Rasuwa region and across the border in Tibet’s Gyirong County.

Entire villages, roads, bridges, vehicles and critical infrastructure were swept away within minutes. The region is also a major route for pilgrims and trekkers travelling toward Mount Kailash and Lake Mansarovar, leaving hundreds of tourists and foreign nationals unaccounted for.

Rescue teams, helicopters, soldiers and emergency workers are continuing the search through the devastated areas, but damaged roads and disrupted communications are making the operation extremely difficult.

This is no longer just a flood — it is a massive humanitarian disaster unfolding across the Himalayas. 💔

May God protect everyone still missing, guide the rescuers, bring survivors safely back to their families, and give strength to everyone who has lost a loved one. 🙏🇳🇵🇨🇳

Schoolchildren ran som were still inside buses some running on the strret,as panic spread through the market. Shopkeepers and residents had little time to save anything. Houses, shops and vehicles were swept away, leaving behind mud, broken structures and scattered belongings everything floting like a paper boat.

For many, everything they had built and owned was gone in the blink of an eye. People ran for life, while tryingbto look back, watching helplessly, as the bustling market got buried completely.

A massive ice and rock avalanche from a glacier triggered a chain reaction near the Nepal–China border. The avalanche and debris blocked the river, forming a temporary barrier lake. When the blockage gave way, a powerful surge of water, mud and debris rushed downstream, causing devastating flash floods across Gyirong in Tibet and Nepal’s Rasuwa district.
