@Uber_Support I need to talk with someone about my missing items but all I can do is respond in the app and I get no assistance. Im missing food items and still being charged and the automatic response was that its not eligible for a refund. Literally stealing people's money.

@UberEats see this is exactly why I never use your delivery service. I ordered and had two items missing and it is "not eligible for a refund".....how when I literally never use Uber eats and have ordered maybe a total of 3 times and never once been eligible for a refund.

Happy new years all! I have had an interesting 2023. Spent most of this year away from my PC and it was a refreshing feeling. I got super into disc golf, watched some great concerts, and less stressed overall. 2024 is going to be a lit year. Starting with us moving after 7+ yrs.
