Hey folks. We're going to take a sabbatical this summer. @ShamsWriter has some other projects--see @WhiteAdjacent and he's wrapping up a novel. We'll be back in August, revamped and ready to discuss all the pressing issues in the football world. We'll keep tweeting though.
Porter isnt wrong re: his complaints on their disallowed goal. But the foul that led to DCUs first goal happened right in front of my section and was definitely a foul and worth a booking.
Here are Caleb Porter's comments, the first part of them, in regards to the way VAR was handled in tonights #DCvCLB match. Blunt and to the point, scathing indictment of Ted Unkel. Very rarely get this candor from a coach in regards to officiating. #Crew96
Columbus scored a goal, but it was called back after Ted Unkel determined that Wil Trapp fouled Acosta on this play.
No, I’m not kidding. This has gone beyond ridiculous, @PROreferees. #DCvCLB#Crew96#DCU https://t.co/UZqM75zq04
@AlexiLalas Ted Unkel’s horrendous game in Center for DCU v Columbus. It just feels like MLS cant get over that hump of bad officiating. Week after week, game after game, it’s never ending.
My identity isn't a singular thing. It's wrapped up in being both #Persian and White-American. I can't be one or the other. But what the author writes about in this piece is often how I've been made to feel...that I must choose one over the other. #Race

@ShamsWriter hosts our 11th episode. He talks a little about some of the transfer rumors floating around the media. Basically, any one on offer is connected to Real Madrid or Manchester United...

@ShamsWriter hosts our 11th episode. @dcunited got its 3rd road win this season and broke a 12 year slide in Columbus, but was unlucky to walk out of Minnesota with at least a tie. Still much to do for Saturday.
