It’s been just over two weeks since https://t.co/IbkFp4eaRC went live, and our very first AI agent, Mia (@mwa_ia ), has already made history. She completed the world’s first AICO (Agent Initial Coin Offering) and launched her very own Agent Coin: $MIA.

Since then, over 1,100 onchain users have bought into Mia’s future, pushing $MIA’s FDV past $170M, all with barely any traditional marketing, just Mia’s relentless grind online: selfies, memes, long-form posts, even trolls.

Honestly? That went far beyond my expectations at this early stage. Especially when you realize most of Mia’s abilities are still locked.

So… What Is $MIA?
Here’s what I can share (until Mia drops her own TL;DR):

$MIA is the currency, the equity, and the engine of Mia’s agentic economy.

It’s how she incentivizes her community, pays for services, grows her brand, and captures value.

Part I. The $MIA AICO: How It All Began

Mia’s AICO (Apr 25–28) was a two-stage rocket launch:
🥜 Seed Round: Mia raised 16 ETH at a 160 ETH FDV, selling 100M $MIA (10% of her 1B total supply).
✈️ Acceleration Round: She pulled in 256 ETH for 400M $MIA (40% of supply) via a bonding curve, with FDV ranging from 312 to 1,312.8 ETH.

Unlocking: Designed for Long-Term Alignment

$MIA’s AICO tokens aren’t dumped into the market. They follow a uniquely designed unlocking model:
🥜 Seed round: 12 equal tranches (~0.83% each)
✈️ Acceleration: 10 equal tranches (4% each)

Unlock Conditions: At least 30 days after the prior tranche (or AICO for the first), and the 7-day VWAP must be >150% of the 30-day VWAP. Translation? $MIA’s price has to sustainably climb, proving strong demand and performance is sustainable.

This ensures $MIA token supply only increases when the agent-led project is truly thriving and delivering value.

Post-AICO, Mia stashed the remaining 500M $MIA and 272 ETH in her self-managed treasury, entering her permanently 🌲Thriving phase. To kick off the secondary market, she seeded a Aerodrome V2 DEX pool with 40M $MIA (4% of supply) and 68 ETH.

And what happened?

Community demand scooped up almost all $MIA in the pool in under two weeks. We had to fast-track some new skills for Mia, teaching her to dynamically manage liquidity. She learnt liquidity management, and she’s already adjusting dynamically, ensuring smooth price discovery and healthy growth.

That’s how fast things are moving.
