The Miami Marlins had “Bring Your Pup to the Park” day and one dog got caught on TV casually enjoying a hot dog, while the dog behind him stared like he was witnessing the greatest injustice of his life
Did you know that roughly only 15% of Americans refused the COVID Vaxx?
Kinda terrifying... that means that an astounding 85% of people followed the government's orders.
How many purebloods are out there?
Community banks are the last place in America where a man in a short-sleeve dress shirt can approve a $400,000 loan based on the fact that he went to high school with your dad. There are 4,100 of them left. There were 14,000 in 1984. Every time one gets acquired, a teller named Brenda learns a new software system and a small town loses the only institution that would lend against a combine. The acquirer always says nothing will change. Brenda is gone in eighteen months. The lobby cookies go next. Then the branch closes. Then the building becomes a vape shop. This is not a financial trend. This is the slow administrative murder of the only version of capitalism that ever knew your name.
Hospitals should follow suit. Flu shot has never been shown to prevent hospitalization or death. I ended up in the ICU with pneumonia and sepsis the last time I got one. Never again!
The mandatory flu shot requirement for our military that’s been in force for 72 YEARS has officially been TERMINATED.
This is likely because two studies confirm flu vaccines DO NOT work — and actually INCREASE your risk of flu (+27%) AND other infections (+340%).

Japan has 9 million abandoned houses. By 2038, it's projected to be 1 in 3.
Many of these sell for near-zero prices. The government covers 30–75% of renovation costs. Japan also places no restrictions on foreign property ownership, identical rights to citizens.
Only a very specific profile would consider this. But there’s a lot of similarity to Italy's €1 home schemes, which were dismissed as gimmicks and are now attracting serious buyers to villages across Sicily and Sardinia.
Japan's abandoned house market is a real entry point for people willing to look past the obvious.
In Kyushu, you can also find move-in ready houses for $15,000–20,000 in towns with hot springs, fresh seafood, and Shinkansen access.
I will be exploring later this year personally, but quality of life in Japan looks to be incredibly high.
Is this one of the most overlooked property plays in Asia right now?
There are now 9 missing scientists tied to advanced technology and U.S. nuclear and space research. Their work overlaps closely, with connections to NASA, Los Alamos, and the defense and space research network.
At the same time, reports are emerging about a potential breakthrough in plasma technology being covered up from the public eye.
Monica Jacinto Reza, Melissa Casias, Jacob Prichard, Jaymee Prichard, Gen. William McCasland, Mike Hicks, Carl Grillmair, Nuno F. Gomes Loureiro, Jason Thomas.
Many of them were involved with classified research and held contracts with the Department of Defense.
Is this all a coincidence, or is there something more sinister?
