Let me get this straight. Virginia voters created an independent redistricting commission in 2020 specifically to end partisan gerrymandering. Democrats then bypassed their own commission, rushed a constitutional amendment through while over a million people had already voted, and tried to turn a 6-5 seat advantage into 10-1. Obama backed it. Jeffries campaigned for it multiple times. House Majority PAC spent $38 million on it. The Virginia Supreme Court ruled the process violated the state constitution.
Now Jeffries calls it "unprecedented and undemocratic" when a court enforces the constitution against his party. He calls it "voter suppression" when Democrats are stopped from suppressing five Republican districts into one. And he invokes Jim Crow to describe a ruling that upheld the very redistricting reform Virginia voters chose in 2020.
You did not lose your voice. You lost your gerrymander. There is a difference. And the fact that you cannot tell the difference is exactly why you should not be drawing maps.
Actually what's ironic is rain on your wedding day.
A free ride when you've already paid etc.
But America’s energy independence because we bet on shale - when others bet on wind - well -
Life has a funny, funny way of helping you out.
Heard that somewhere.
Good evening from the Coconut Tree
@KamalaHarris
Ma’am, (can we call you Ma'am?) we’ll keep this factual and review your actual record, not your reboot.
As a U.S. Senator (2017-2021), you were an original cosponsor of the Green New Deal resolution (S.Res. 59).
It directed the US to “divest from fossil fuels,” phase out oil, gas, and coal production and remake the entire economy around subsidized green mandates.
Your 2020 campaign was shorter than a Garden Gnome but managed to work in these gems:
You told the CNN town hall:
“There’s no question I’m in favor of banning fracking.”
On Jimmy Fallon’s Tonight Show:
“We will end fracking once and for all” while committing to the Green New Deal.
Your $10 trillion climate plan called for no new fossil fuel leases on federal lands, phasing out all oil & gas (even if renewables weren’t ready), a carbon fee, and doubling U.S. payments to the UN Green Climate Fund.
Before that, as California Attorney General (2011-2017), you built a reputation suing our industry.
The lawfare you pursued laid the foundation for the collapse of the California refining industry we are witnessing right now
You even sued the Obama-Biden administration to block new offshore permits off California’s coast.
Remember 2022?
As VP, national gas prices hit $5+/gallon (over $6 in parts of CA).
You told Americans those record prices were “a price to pay for democracy” for Ukraine.
But apparently the freedom of millions of Irainian citizens are not worth $3.97 a gallon now?
That seems - I don't know - selective?
Bottom line.
California still pays the nation’s highest gas prices — thanks to the taxes, mandates, and anti-production policies you championed for years.
Flying cross country (made possible by jet fuel) to North Carolina to make a video isn't going to change that.
And those are the facts - unburdened by what has been.
The Cowboys were never ever going to be successful at free agency and there are a few reasons why. @SportsSturm of 1310 The Ticket breaks down why there was little hope that the Jones boys were going to learn how to make deals in the moment or without leverage to fix their historically bad defense. @mikelikessports@machinesports
Dear Chuck Schumer,
Hi. Black dude here. I can trace my family ancestry to slavery. I even know where they were slaves. My mom experienced Jim Crow. I think I’ve watched every episode of “Eyes On the Prize” when I was younger.
With that said…
Can you directly explain to me how the SAVE Act is “Jim Crow 2.0?” Literally every black person I know has ID. Literally every black person I know has a car or at least a ride. Literally every black person I know knows how to vote (well… except the ones with felonies… but they don’t count).
With your advanced white liberal thinking, you must know more than me. Apparently, as I experience daily on this app, white liberals are experts on being black; even more so than actual black folks. Perhaps you could explain it like I’m five. I’d look it up on the internet, but Kathy Hochul has already told me I don’t know what a computer is and Joe Biden said I can’t navigate it, anyway.
Looking forward to your answer.
No hugs.

This story is now more than 25 years old and I have told it more times than I can count, but it hits very differently today.
I was anchoring SportsCenter one afternoon and Lou Holtz was on the show. I was quite excited to talk with him, he had been an icon all of my life.
He was very friendly, asking me all about myself as we walked toward the studio to record an interview. I told him: “Actually, Coach, it’s quite exciting, my wife and I are expecting our first child in the next few weeks.”
He stopped dead in his tracks and put a finger up near my face. And I’ll never forget what he said.
“Young man, the most important thing you can do for a child is make sure every day they know how much you love their mother.”
And, just like that, he started walking again.
Our daughter was born a month later, our son came two years after that. And I have thought about what Lou Holtz said to me that day about a million times since.
RIP Coach, thanks for the best advice anyone ever gave me.
Iranian here!
I want to thank American leftists for educating me these past few days & correcting my understanding of Iran & radical Islam
I almost trusted my own experience, my parents’ trauma, and what my family in Iran endures daily instead of your wisdom. What would I have done without your tweets & tiktoks ❤️
The fact that a billionaire real estate playboy who liked to slap his name on steaks and wine has proven to be a better diplomat and military strategist than every other politician and foreign policy expert over the last 30 years is such a damning indictment of the DC establishment I honestly don’t know how they recover.
After 24 hours of Canadians losing it over USA Men’s hockey and now another 24 hours of humorless feminists crashing out about it, I think it’s finally time for me to call a doctor about this erection
Where Chamblee on this? It was always blood money...
However, now the PGA Tour will gladly take it and use it for their charities.
I guess the blood money title only applied when it didn't go directly into their pockets...now it's just good ole US dollars.
The hypocrisy of the PGA Tour has no limits.
