The last 2 years have been about recovery and finding my footing again. I would say I’ve done that. Trying to make the next year about growth. Happy New Year everyone 🥂.
Adaptability is the name of the game. Some people would rather see this game die than evolve. Even some of the dedicated players have been terrible towards people who wanted a PVE only mode. Whatever the future holds for this game, I hope it reaches the audience it needs to.
@ethangach Probably not good enough but the people who love it will keep playing it and the haters who never played it will keep spewing. It is what it is.
@Riaan_A@spice_vision@IGN Rumor is that half the budget was for work on the Engine itself which can be used on future projects so maybe that’s half the fight? Hard to tell at this point.
@Sleepfuly@AvPBork You guys need to get your story straight. I see people claiming they quit because it’s nothing but hardcore sweaty players left. So which is it? Shitters gonna shit.
@HaydunnOfficial especially as private match option. I get them not wanting 6v6 as a format/ladder but getting the showdown community to do WiFi battles again would bring traffic, plus private battle smogon users would still have to use the game engine (importing from home, VP) it’s a win/win
@willard_lee@MarathonTheGame This comment sadly reminds me how important skill based match making is. If you can’t let the shitters keep up, the game will eat itself alive. The cheaters are a separate issue vs the sweats… but man we need people as trash as you to stick around so the game can thrive.
@chungusholesum@1Tippin@charlieINTEL I see this sentiment a lot. Game can be good and niche at the same time. Don’t get it twisted. Either way still not great numbers for Bungie and PlayStation. I’m surprised they didn’t predict the Genre/difficulty eating into player retention.
Pokémon Champions bug on Switch 2 causes RESOLUTION TO BE HALVED:
- If you start the game while the console is docked the resolution is halved
- If you undock and dock the console while the game is running the resolution gets fixed
I’m seriously at a loss of words for this…
@MegaMogwai I do agree mostly. I was kind of hating at first, but the meta reset should be refreshing and a regulation change every 2 months is a good grace period for change. I just want the bells and whistles stuff in the future, better frame rate/resoluton and stuff like that
@TheBlackQuill59@CentroLeaks I somewhat agree. Removing IVs would make everything easier to understand. Just little nuances would be sacrificed but it may be for the best
@JoeysCards@CentroLeaks Oh you have a point. I read this more like all pokemon have perfect IVs. If everything is at a set value, it will be fine the community will just have to adjust. Pokémon will take more damage from foul play, moves like gyro ball will do less damage etc. etc
