@tymks5505

A blessed husband, w/ 2 amazing children, who got to teach and coach for a living (retired). I love hunting, fishing, GA pro teams, and everything Georgia Tech.

@keshannon20 @pyeguys @GeorgiaTechFB @GTAthletics @RGAlpert Recruiting is important, but the top players will hunt bags after their first successful season. The portal is where we need to get players. Look what Indiana, Ohio State, etc. Half of their main players came from the portal.

[@tymks5505 @TyMeeks]

@rew7777 It does, but you can't teach ability.

[@tymks5505 @TyMeeks]

I hate calling players out, but there isn't a single offensive lineman for GT athletic enough to be playing in a P4 conference. They look clumsy and clueless.

[@tymks5505 @TyMeeks]

@realUGAHater @GT_Coverage They have a part, but the Oline aren't athletic enough to block. When you see 2 on 1 and another comes untouched, thats Oline not bn able to comunicate and move laterally. That's where all the trouble starts. QB is hurried, no run game, defensive stays on the field too long.

[@tymks5505 @TyMeeks]

@UnhideYourSite Yes, but it takes athletic ability to truly be good at it. Think dancing. Everyone can't dance, but if you can dance, a dance class (coach) will make you better. These guys can't slide, pass off the Dlineman to another blocker and move literally to pick up the blitzer.

[@tymks5505 @TyMeeks]

@cbwhit91 @urty42 @Kelly_Quinlan He has 2 seconds to go through his progressions. The wide receivers haven't gone 10 yrds yet. He either goes to his first option or runs for his life.

[@tymks5505 @TyMeeks]

@Mika_VRJacket @YeahISedIt_54 Problem is, with everyone hurt, there isn't any backups for the backups.

[@tymks5505 @TyMeeks]

@YeahISedIt_54 Or the O-line playing on skates.

[@tymks5505 @TyMeeks]

@TalkinACCSports It was a half yard that they would have gotten if they had a decent offensive line. Key knows this and was trying to help keep the defense on the sideline to get some rest. If they would have gotten it, people would say it was a great call.

[@tymks5505 @TyMeeks]

@Shot1945 Sounds like this pic hit a sore spot for ya. 😆

[@tymks5505 @TyMeeks]

@UnhideYourSite I am wrong. He help win 3 SEC champions, played in 3 NC games and won 1 NC. The difference is Tech doesn't have athletic o lineman. They struggle moving their feet side to side.

[@tymks5505 @TyMeeks]

@UnhideYourSite Brent Key helps with the O-line and he coached the offensive line for 2 NCs at Alabama. You can't put it all on the coaching. They are losing 1 on 1 battles.

[@tymks5505 @TyMeeks]

Them some weak ass lineman for Tech. Cant get 1/2 yard. They are embarrassing.

[@tymks5505 @TyMeeks]

@TopTierBBN @Kelly_Quinlan You don't have to watch them, just like you don't have to worry about how GT is doing. Just enjoy Kentucky's 1 good season. Y'all will be back to 5 win seasons next yr.

[@tymks5505 @TyMeeks]

@TopTierBBN @Kelly_Quinlan Sounds like past seasons for Kentucky

[@tymks5505 @TyMeeks]

@TopTierBBN @Kelly_Quinlan They just had a guy who started the season on the practice squad make a tackle.

[@tymks5505 @TyMeeks]

@TopTierBBN @Kelly_Quinlan I've been mentioning it since the Colorado game. And yes, there were a handful of players out for Colorado game. As a matter of fact, they just said on TV that Tech has had the most minutes missed bc of injuries in P4 conference.

[@tymks5505 @TyMeeks]

@RotodenGT With our offensive line, it wouldn't have been much different. Mendoza is doing a hell of a job for a first year starter who is pressured on every pass attempt over 10 yrds.
