@vee_symone Personally I can eat a heavy meal at 2pm and sleep well but if I do same at 8pm I’m faced with bloating nd ingestion and my sleep is rubbish. Next day I’m fatigued and very hungry. Asides counting the calorie, timing makes a huge difference esp with hw it’s processed .
