Visit any u15, U16, u18 practice, no one wears their neck guards.
Come to a game and watch Refs players to wear their neck guards correctly. I have even see kids cut the out side fabric off to keep the BNQ logo to get away from wearing them.

Played 3 different balls pending conditions, hole locations, par 3 yardages, and wind. Def a little advantage.

Kind of fun bringing multiple clubs and balls to each tee box.
