@BartleKSLsports I grew up in Spanish Fork. My grandparents got us Sugar Bowl swag when I was in Jr High… I wore it to school and the BYU fans were ruthless to me (mocking, yelling at me in the halls, relentless teasing). Needless to say it cemented my love/hate relationship with the rivalry.

How do you see the front office addressing the defensive issues of the Hardy era? Can they address it through the draft does the whole roster need to be turned over?

@UtahJazzGuy1 @davidjsmith1232 Correct - to guarantee a top 8 pick they have to be in the bottom 4 teams in the league. I would expect them to be somewhere in that group again next year.

@UtahJazzGuy1 @davidjsmith1232 My opinion: the Jazz will be bad because to give your pick to the Thunder at this stage of a rebuild would be a catastrophic misuse of assets, so they have to be bad enough to confidently keep the pick… so to be bad without “tanking” they’re going to trade some good players.

@Tjonesonthenba What seems to be misunderstood by fans right now is that regardless of what the fan base can “stomach” or what the veterans can “stomach” this was always destined to be a multi year tank because we cannot let our pick convey to OKC next year. That would be poor asset management.

@Tjonesonthenba How do those couple extra inches make a difference to NBA scouts? His stats don’t compare to Tre Johnson or Ace Bailey and I’m not sure how a couple extra inches bridge that gap in production.
