@ChainlinkP@ChainLinkGod @chainlinkwizard I literally can not believe we live in an age where someone can FOMO into a project, get rug pulled, make a meme about it, and sell the meme to completely cover their losses all within 3 hours.
What a time to be alive, I guess?
@DontBuyMeme Im so glad whatever elite members that are in this teams citadel have decided to continue on with building and not just dump on retail and stop building, which they so easily could do. Thank you guys for realizing how much potential is actually here and sticking through.
@PoolTogether_ Wanted to thank your time for inspiring me to try your product and earning me 400 UNI. Guess all those weeks I wasnt winning the daily lotto I was technically still winning lol.
@ChainlinkoracIe Yes he invented btc so someone else could invent eth so he could invent link
Linkies out here playing 4d chess while us plebs playing checkers.
@AlexMasmej@dydxprotocol@futureswapx Both are great but funding rates (especially in crypto) can get wonky sometime, and can mess up your risk profile from a normal buy and hold.
@AlexMasmej@dydxprotocol@futureswapx Alex, futures have an expiration and settlement that keeps prices of.futures in line with spot price.
Perpetuals have no such settlement date and no expiration so they have funding rates for longs vs shorts depending on if spot is above or below the exchange. Hope this helps.
@AlexMasmej@nanexcool Alex you are right, it was over peg. But it has to do with supply and demand and there not being enough dai for the CDP holders to close out longs. March 12th peg went bad because every cdp holder got liquidated at once and there was a max exodus to DAI. Demand broke the peg.
@AlexMasmej@compoundfinance Careful friend, one day does not a trend make. I expect in the event of a free fall their correlations will go back to 1 temporarily like on 3/12.
Eventually we will decouple. Not soon.
