Why do patients have to become experts in navigating medical bureaucracies that the employees of those bureaucracies don't even seen to have a complete understanding of.
@ericacbarnett Someone lacking empathy lacks sufficient understanding of how others think to ever consider that someone else would think differently or have different values. The obvious conclusion is that there are those that publicly agree with you and liars.
@kpwashington is there any such thing as a walk-in clinic for simple visits? Booking my provider is a month out and the other option looks like urgent care. How do I arrange to see someone within 2 days when I'm not recovering from an illness?
I can't believe I can't access documentation on how to use @nvidia DPU behind the broken login system. It's no wonder @Broadcom is still the goto for storage controllers.
SPD is doing less with more
Analysis by @bryan_kirschner shows that SPD:
-Handled 66% more crimes with 34-41% less money in 1990
-Spends btw $93-100k per crime solved
1990-level cost effectiveness would reduce the budget 35-55%
@CLAYMOORE@mattmarkovich@fox13seattle I'm confused why you'd liken sweeps to departing from the status quo - sweeps have been commonplace since at least 2007

@willmcgugan That happened to me yesterday; a few other tweets about the same thing in the last few days. Looks like there might be some kind of issue over there.
@Foone I thought it might be one of those "we made a mixed use block in the middle of our very flat town" but it looks like it's on a hill from the curb vs the doorway. It makes less sense the more you look at it.
