@JasonCole62 Is anyone really complaining about athletes getting paid? They might complain about a lack of salary cap, lack of transfer rules, lack of enforcement, and it being the Wild Wild West but not many folks are saying these peeps shouldn’t be paid.

@samhardiman Property taxes went way up and per state law there shouldn’t have been a windfall…but there’s been almost tax decrease in the county or municipality. I wish you all would write on that and ask why that’s the case. I had to appeal 9 properties formally

@ErikKaiser So lying is common and acceptable? No…it’s not. I’ve sold 250 plus homes a year…for several years (just me…not my team)…I don’t lie to my clients or the other agents or their clients. Maybe I was successful by not lying and being ethical and honest?

@SinaiLawFirm @thmoneycircle I sell over 250 houses a year. If it’s under $120k or cash…there’s no due diligence period…bc of knuckleheads like this. He admits he doesn’t do it to friends and clients. It’s sad and pathetic. I’ve texted with him before about this. It’s crooked.
