@atom_0w Chairman resigned, said there was no disagreements. He is still an advisor and the only reason I would getconcerned if he started exercising his options and dumping shares.

Not sure what the lawsuit is about. Will be curious to see what comes of it. Not sure its too extreme.

Today, GameSquare announced the repurchase of 543,057 shares of its common stock for $248,319, representing an average price of approximately $0.46 per share.

The yield produced by our Digital Asset Treasury strategy enhances our financial flexibility and supports consistent share repurchases, while improving fundamentals across our operations underscore the underlying strength of GameSquare's platform. Our continued buybacks reflect our conviction in the Company's trajectory and our commitment to disciplined, shareholder-focused capital allocation.”

Since October 2025, GameSquare has repurchased a total of 3,535,574 shares of its common stock for $1,977,075, representing an average price of approximately $0.56 per share, with approximately $3.0 million remaining under the current authorization.

@capybaraReborn @aegialeuz Not sure I did in my valuation, but they could be added in (8M). I added ETH to whatever metric I was using. The NFTs do generate yield, not nearly as much as ETH though.

They are also assessing offers on them currently, will likely use the proceeds to buyback more shares.

Gamesquare is following its ETH value (right now its trading below it) when it actually has a debt-free profitable business. They are set to do around 100M in revenue and will maintain an EBITDA margin of 8-12%.
