The fix isn't only using later picks on the position

They have to be better at identifying talent, and the likelihood of hitting is significantly higher with an earlier round selection

@HolderStephen This isn't true at all. He keeps his timeouts for next week. He runs the ball on 3rd and 7 and got lucky Gruppe made a 60 yard field goal. Coached not to lose rather than going for the win. Will never win anything important coaching like that.
