@loversik_ Very, very true. I think the point I'm stuck on is I'm fine with bringing myself with me, I feel like I'm sparing them. That's usually what pushes me to do it.
Not very positive at all tonight but I guess I didn't break my promise and I'm still here to see 2020 off so... cheers? Maybe 2021 will be the year I'll actually do something I can feel proud of.

Please communicate.
I know how hard it is when you're upset, but it's crucial, both for your relationship with them and for their mental health as well.

What do I do when I can't get a therapist yet, the online options are out of my price range, can't get the meds that I need and just can't care about making sure I'm okay. I'm not actively looking to harm myself but I'm not sure harm won't happen unintentionally. I can't sleep,
@CarlDunnJr I think this would be a big but needed challenge for me to work one. One of my best friends has asked me more than once why can I understand, be compassionate, and forgive her and others so easily but have such disdain and hate towards myself when in the same situations.
@TziporahBPD@BPDFamily This is a big part of what I am dealing with right now. I have self isolated and I'm sure the friends I have gone away from from will see this but I don't know how to go back without seeing myself as an embarrassment or weak.
Does anyone have suggestions about how they have overcome self-invalidation (or stigmatizing oneself)? Please share... (The important thing to know is that it is possible to learn to validate yourself, with practice). #BPDChat
