Still trying to stay definitely in Blender for animation.
A few code lines to keep only diffuse and normal for each material, some tweaks in Twinmotion
Not perfect but 4 min rendering.
Look forward to be able doing it with eevee;)

@pitiwazou I’ve done it too few years ago with ´Add On The Fly’ addon, that allows you to tweak mains parameters of Active in 3D viewport.
When you miss something in Blender, just do it;)
