@coreyhainesco@TypioRecovery hands down.
it records any text written on a site so if anything goes wrong on a form or text box I can simply go copy without having to re-write.
Saves me from so much frustrating UX out there it practically changes the whole experience.
@Crunchumz ... you'll find that here: chrome-extension://djkbihbnjhkjahbhjaadbepppbpoedaa/html/app.html#/database-manager please note the warning message at the top of the page. Exporting the data should be fine though.
@rlorenzo but with that said, Safari & other Webkit based browsers would be the next logical step, considering the similarities with Blink (Chrome). I'll be sure to post an update here if/when I have news on this.
@rlorenzo It's not on the near-future roadmap, but we'll see what the future holds. Currently I don't have much time at all to work on Typio, and there are other things to take care of before I even consider cross-browser support.
@rektide @TwitterDev But most importantly, Typio is still running in the background and saving your input. The issue is just with the restoration of the data. Not much I can do about this unless DraftJS opens up an API for it or learns to deal with external manipulation.
@rektide @TwitterDev The best way to restore a value for these text fields is by opening the recovery window and copying the text from there. I wish I could detect and handle these fields differently but unfortunately there is no reliable way to do that.
@acagoldsmith @reddit Hi Amber! Great that you reached out. I'm having a look at it right now, and I'll update the bitbucket report as soon as I have news on it. https://t.co/F93aMu76FF
Typio 1.8 is out with probably the most requested feature ever! οΏ½οΏ½ Say hello to the restore icon - an icon that appears next to input fields for easy access to recovery! It is customisable in the options of course, if you don't fancy the default settings. π
@AmelieinTokyo @bel_57 Just tested the latest version of Wordpress and it seems to be working just fine for me. π Can you let me know specifically what's wrong? Can you find your texts in the recovery dialog?
@bel_57 @AmelieinTokyo I tested whatever the current version was in early February and there were no issues then, but perhaps something has changed. I will have a look at it again tomorrow.
