Here’s an idea — Forget the horse owners who lost money tonight — but how about Louisiana Racing Commission fine Boyd the amount they made from slots at EVD tonight, to help compensate the racetrack workers, etc — that weren’t paid tonight because of Boyd Gaming’s incompetence ?
