🤚 Extra oral and intra oral release ⁣
of the right massester and the left lateral pytergoid⁣
🤚 Manual muscle release of the left temporalis and sternocleidomastoid⁣
💉 IMS/Dry needling of the right massester and left lateral pytergoid⁣

You can see in the “pre-treatment” picture when she opens her mouth there is a right lateral shift. ⁣
After treatment, she was able to open her mouth equally right and left, you can see more of her teeth 🦷, and she reported “ the jaw feels way better!!!”. 😃 ⁣

Wearing cowboy boots 👢 shifts your center of gravity forward, which can put more stress through your hip flexors…. To combat this, try stretching and opening up the hip flexors every 1-2 hours while you are stampeding… 🤠
