@AHS_Warranty dispatch 54740559 service appointment to fix my garage door over two weeks ago, most recently appointment set for Sunday to repair. The driver came without a belt to repair garage door.

@Verizon ‘my access’ ‘features rewards’ is a joke! Clicking on ‘try to claim’ the absolute second the button was
available and all the rewards were claimed! Disappointing

@Verizon stay away from Verizon. They are the least customer centric company out there. The size and growth of the company has severely limited their ability to take care of simple tasks-order phones. 12+ hours, 3 weeks, no phones.
