@RichardRout If the change in IHT can reduce land value it will work to small farmers advantage, most of the value of these farms is in the land. If a farm is dual owned within a family the tax relief can be up to 3M. The IHT tax is at 20% tax free for 10 years, I call that special treatment.

This year he led me, making me the second person to see this gorgeous ★Primula lizipingensis★. And on this trip, we also discovered some other new Primula species.
