ترأست اليوم اجتماعاً لمجلس الوزراء بقصر الوطن بأبوظبي.. أقررنا خلاله مجموعة من القرارات المهمة و��ان أولها وبتوجيهات أخي رئيس الدولة حفظه الله اعتماد إنشاء وزارة للاستثمار في الدولة ضمن الهيكل الحكومي الاتحادي وتعيين محمد حسن السويدي وزيراً للاستثمار في الدولة .
هدف الوزارة الجديدة تطوير الرؤية الاستثمارية للدولة، وتحفيز البيئة الاستثمارية داخلياً، وتعزيز تنافسية إجراءاتنا وتشريعاتنا بشكل مستمر لضمان بقاء الدولة وجهة عالمية للاستثمار وفاعل رئيسي في حركة الاستثمارات العالمية .

وخلال جلسة مجلس الوزراء اليوم أقررنا أيضاً الإستراتيجية الوطنية المحدثة للطاقة بناء على التغييرات السريعة في هذا القطاع، حيث سيكون هدفنا مضاعفة مساهمة الطاقة المتجددة 3 أضعاف خلال السبع سنوات القادمة، وضخ استثمارات وطنية بين 150 إلى 200 مليار درهم خلال نفس الفترة لضمان تلبية الطلب المتزايد على الطاقة في الدولة بسبب النمو الاقتصادي المتسارع ..

كما اعتمدنا أيضا استراتيجيتنا الوطنية للهيدروجين - والذي برز مؤخراً كأحد أهم أنواع الطاقة النظيفة- وتهدف الخطة لترسيخ موقع الدولة كمنتج ومصدر للهيدروجين منخفض الانبعاثات خلال الثماني سنوات القادمة عبر تطوير سلاسل الإمداد وإنشاء واحات الهيدروجين لتطوير هذه الصناعة بالإضافة لإنشاء مركز وطني متخصص للبحث والتطوير لقطاع الهيدروجين الواعد .

واعتمدنا اليوم في مجلس الوزراء أيضا تعيين سمو الشيخة مريم بنت محمد بن زايد آل نهيان رئيسة للمركز الوطني لجودة التعليم والذي س��عمل على وضع منظومة التقييم والرقابة للتعليم في الدولة ومتابعة جودة المخرجات، ووضع المستهدفات والمخرجات لكافة مراحل التعليم وأنواعه في الدولة بما يضمن رفع جودة التعليم وتجهيز كوادرنا البشرية للمستقبل .
متفائلون بانضمام الشيخة مريم لفريق المنظومة التعليمية في الدولة بإشراف الشيخ عبدالله بن زايد ومتفائلون بمخرجات تعليمية وطنية مميزة بإذن الله .

واعتمدنا اليوم في مجلس الوزراء السياسة الوطنية للمركبات الكهربائية، والتي تتضمن بناء شبكة وطنية لأجهزة شحن المركبات الكهربائية، وتنظيم سوق المركبات الكهربائية، وتحفيز الصناعات المرتبطة بها بما يضمن خفض الانبعاثات وتقليل استهلاك الطاقة والحفاظ على جودة الطرق التي تتمتع بها دولة الإمارات .

واعتمدنا اليوم أيضا ضمن مجلس الوزراء أول رخصة وطنية أولية للمركبات ذاتية القيادة في طرقات الدولة والممنوحة لشركة WeRide المتخصصة.. حيث ستبدأ الشركة في ا��تبار كافة أنواع المركبات ذاتية القيادة في الدولة بما يطلق شرارة التغيير في أنماط التنقل المستقبلية في الدولة.

يتغير العالم بشكل سريع .. وتتغير أنماط القيادة، وستتغير الحياة في الدولة بشكل متسارع خلال السنوات القادمة .. وسيبقى الإنسان وراحته وجودة حياته الثابت الدائم في أجندتنا الحكومية .

كما وافق مجلس الوزراء اليوم على إنشاء مجلس الاستقرار المالي وإصدار قانون اتحادي بذلك . وهدف المجلس سيكون تعزيز وحماية الاستقرار المالي في الدولة ومراقبة المخاطر المرتبطة به والتعامل مع الأزمات المالية في حال حدوثها حفاظاً على مسار تطور الاقتصاد الوطني ، بالإضافة لتطوير إجراءات استباقية للحيلولة دون تعرض النظم الاقتصادية والمالية والنقدية في الدولة لمستويات عالية من المخاطر.
دولة الإمارات اليوم هي مركز مالي عالمي يحظى بثقة عشرات الآلاف من المؤسسات المالية وملايين المستثمرين حول العالم وهدفنا تعزيز وترسيخ هذه الثقة والحفاظ عليها بما يخدم مصالحنا الاقتصادية الوطنية العليا .

واعتمدنا اليوم عدداً من التعديلات في قانون مكافحة الاتجار بالبشر تتضمن تشديد العقوبات واستحداث خدمات للضحايا، مثل المساعدات التعليمية، وتدابير العودة الآمنة لموطن الضحية، وتجريم التحريض على الجريمة، وتغليظ العقوبات الموقعة على الجناة.

دولة الإمارات لا تتساهل أبداً مع هذا النوع من الجرائم، وموقفها الإنساني والحضاري ينطلق من مبادىء وقيم راسخة لم تتغير منذ تأسيسها .
