I wonder what are the advertisement rules in Pakistan. @StormFiber advertise itself as 'Reliable' internet service provider. In last 1 week it has disconnected twice and it has already been more than 24hours and counting since the last time the internet was working.
@StormFiber Do you really think that my only job is to keep emailing your billing team. Firstly to discuss about unreliable service, secondly because the system issues wrong bill which no one at your call centre knows how to resolve?
@StormFiber Thank you for your response. I have been sent an invoice which is quite high. I have spoken to call centre team who has absolutely no idea why I have been charged higher bill. He simply asked me to check by emailing to billing team.
