So proud of some of our staff who participated in the Race for Life on October 12, and have raised almost £500 to date! You can contribute to their Cancer Research fundraiser at https://t.co/rt9HFDh7aa
@flynnie76 But we fully accept this is frustrating for you. Please do get in touch with our Patient Experience Team who can investigate your case, and help us improve our service: https://t.co/JcDFwcLyt5
@flynnie76 Hey @flynnie76 - apologies for the wait on response, it seems Twitter's notifications weren't going to the right place. Our transport can be affected by traffic conditions, or sometimes working with end-of-life patients or event patients who become ill in transit... 1/2
We want to make sure our patients are our priority, but the only way we can do that is to make sure our crew members like Debbie feel supported #WeLoveOurCrews! https://t.co/0jWQHj6xHN
Many of TASL's non-emergency ambulance drivers go on to be emergency paramedics, and to think one of them might get a note like this while saving a life is shocking! Please use common sense & empathy with ambulances, don't abuse those looking after people at their most vulnerable
This is totally unacceptable abuse of one of our colleagues while they were attending a medical emergency. We try not to block driveways when possible but sometimes it is unavoidable and we need to in order to quickly provide potentially lifesaving treatment to our patients
Please take care of yourself during this #HeatWave, especially if you are going to be undertaking a long journey with us - be sure to let our call handlers know if you have any special needs for your journey to deal with the heat.
We're grateful for some fantastic services we've found recently that are helping us keep our crews on the road #healthservices#wednesdaywisdom https://t.co/tYHFcjknHj
Please note that due to traffic disruptions, some of our services may be delayed today. We're doing our best to mitigate any issues, but we appreciate your patience.
Traffic is 'at a standstill' on the #A180 westbound due to an overturned lorry. Work ongoing to clear the debris and get traffic moving https://t.co/3DGmLRBVYc
It's #VolunteerWeek2019 and we are so thankful here at TASL for our team of volunteers who help us by driving members of the community to appointments when our workload is high. Want to learn more? Visit: https://t.co/LvpvPqDixo
We're looking for someone with strong leadership skills to be our new contract manager, working in Leicestershire and Northamptonshire. Could this be your next role? https://t.co/CQeCfNeakB
We're making it easier for you to understand and find information on using our service, starting with upgrading our website. There's still work to do and we'd love your feedback: https://t.co/sr0rMmfAd0
Want a career helping your community? We have an opportunity in our Wath-Upon-Dearne's Patient Experience Team for an administrator. Apply on #NHSJobs today! #Jobs https://t.co/T33wqePirg
Some of TASL's own #Easter bunnies are giving everyone's favourite rabbit a helping paw today by getting some eggs ready to go to all our staff who will be working hard over the weekend! 🐰
Very proud of our Louth Depot staff for donating office furniture to a very worthy project. You can help @LincsRefugeeDoc too by visiting https://t.co/N9Igs0pvpl
We’re now at Grimsby Station, giving members from Control the opportunity to have some insight into the vehicles and equipment for better journey planning for our patients. We have Darren trying out one of our Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles for the #TASLRoadshow
Getting all the Station Managers together along with Mike from the Fleet team, Nathan from the Contact Centre and Interim Contract Manager Sue to discuss key developments at TASL HQ! Mustn’t forget about Adam and Sharon from @PremierCareDrct trying to hide behind the sign 👀
