@Robfm@dale_heenan@DanielA84612544@SwindonCouncil@SolarTogetherUK Hi Robert,
Our batteries are under warranty for 6,000 cycles, which translates to about 15 years. Solar systems are a big investment, and tend to see ROI times of 10 – 15 years. But they will work for at least 25 years, and you are going green for all that time.
KR,
Terri
@timowen001@SolarTogetherUK@BucksCouncil@LeicsCountyHall Hi Tim,
We are working to arrange a swift installation for people in Warwickshire and we are sorry for the delay. However, as each scheme operates in a different area with different installers, there is no impact on your installation by us proceeding in other areas.
KR,
Terri
@tinaonions@CharnwoodBC@SolarTogetherUK Hello!
Whoever will pay for it should be the person who registers, but if that’s you, you need to make sure you have permission from the person who owns the roof. Bear in mind if you pay and later move, you will leave the investment behind for your landlord.
KR,
Terri
@tweety2b @SolarTogetherUK@UpeyKAKA Hi Nico,
I’m really sorry that you have cancelled, but I do understand it’s been a really long time. I’ve just checked and can see the cancellation was approved and you were refunded on May 6th, so it should be back on the card you paid with by this Friday.
KR,
Terri

@jon_williams99 @janLW99@SolarTogetherUK@hantsconnect Hi Jon,
Apologies for missing these messages before (I assume you are same installation as Jan Williams). If you could DM me your reference number, I will look at escalating your query to EEC and seeing if we can confirm a date for you.
KR,
Terri
@dvernalls@SolarTogetherUK@bathnes Hi Dave,
The installer does show this brand on their website and the above review is positive. Negative comments can be alarming, but a handful is not a good indicator of a product’s true performance. You can always discuss changing the inverter with the installer.
KR,
Terri
I just registered to get a better deal on my energy.
It’s free, and there’s no obligation to switch! The more people that register, the better the bargaining power we have to save on our energy costs!
