⭐️ Answer (clinical diagnosis): Corticobasal syndrome

🔷FDG PET showed R>L parietal hypometabolism

💡 I will share the frontal and temporal lobes given the C9ORF72 expansion (let me know what you think) followed by a general overview of corticobasal degeneration in 🧵👇

🔷IMO: Symmetric temporal lobe atrophy and perhaps caudate nuclei but frontal lobes look normal aside from the motor cortex
