My wish for International Womenโs Day:
Look around the room and question who is there.
If you find yourself in a room, on a cap table, board, or team - and there are no women, or very few, make note and try to change it.
Ask yourself why and be ok following the answer to its uncomfortable conclusion.
Itโs not normal for women to be treated like endangered species at work.

It reflected our values, depth and craft, but didn't speak to what we're most interested in: decoding and commercializing complex emerging tech.
