Just because one person has Tikkha surname it doesn't imply that it's a surname of iyer.
There are many people with Kumar as surname from various castes and we can't tag Kumar surname with a particular caste.
In the same way tikkha ≠ Iyer

@conscienceisimp Me too felt that South Indians are discriminated when I visited North India.
Such a discrimination based on skin doesn't exists in Mumbai, Kolkata and Southern region.

@conscienceisimp A North Indian labourer himself told me that Bihar people are most discriminated by their own North Indians such as Delhi Punjabi people.
Most of the South Indians can't distinguish between Rajasthani,UP, Bihari people.
To this day many South Indians consider them North Indians
