They didn’t talk about the elephant in the room- the chronic lack of investment by capitalism in manufacturing and R+D over many many years. Tax cuts for the rich would simply line their pockets

With inflation predicted to hit 18% and heating bills possibly as high as £4,£5 or £6k by next year meanwhile the energy companies are coining it in at our expense. The unions need to strike together to defeat inflation poverty
