فصل جديد للأمم المتحدة في العراق

مع اختتام ولاية بعثة الأمم المتحدة لمساعدة العراق (يونامي)، يواصل فريق الأمم المتحدة في العراق عمله تحت قيادة المنسق المقيم للأمم المتحدة.
ويعمل فريق الأمم المتحدة بالشراكة الوثيقة مع حكومة العراق لدعم الأولويات الوطنية للتنمية، من خلال إطار وثيقة التعاون الإنمائي المستدام للأمم المتحدة (2025–2029) التي تم توقيعها في 25 كانون الأول 2025.

ويجسد هذا الانتقال خطوة واضحة نحو تنمية طويلة الأمد ومستدامة، تقودها القيادة الوطنية، وتستند إلى مؤسسات أقوى وشراكات فاعلة.

ومن دعم تنويع الاقتصاد والعمل المناخي وإدارة الموارد المائية، إلى تعزيز الحماية الاجتماعية والحوكمة والحلول المستدامة، تواصل الأمم المتحدة دورها كشريك موثوق وملتزم بدعم حكومة العراق.

تتقدم الأمم المتحدة بأحر التعازي وصادق المواساة إلى المراجع الدينية في العراق وإلى الشعب العراقي الكريم بوفاة المرجع الديني الكبير آية الله العظمى محمد إسحاق الفياض. وتتمنى الأمم المتحدة أن يلهم إرثه في الحكمة والاعتدال الأجيال القادمة، وأن يمنّ الله على ذويه ومحبّيه بالصبر والسلوان.

Head of the UN and Resident Coordinator, Mr. Ghulam M. Isaczai, met today with H.E. Mr. Safeen Dizayee, Head of the Department of Foreign Relations of the Kurdistan Regional Government, to express his appreciation for the strong partnership and close cooperation between the Department of Foreign Relations and the UN during Mr. Isaczai's tenure in Iraq. Mr. Isaczai reaffirmed the UN's continued commitment to working closely with its partners in the Kurdistan Region and across Iraq.

التقى اليوم رئيس الأمم المتحدة والمنسق المقيم في العراق، السيد غلام محمد إسحق زي، بسعادة السيد سفين دزيي، رئيس دائرة العلاقات الخارجية في حكومة إقليم كردستان، حيث أعرب عن تقديره للشراكة القوية والتعاون الوثيق بين دائرة العلاقات الخارجية والأمم المتحدة طوال فترة عمله في العراق. كما جدد السيد إسحاق زي التأكيد على التزام الأمم المتحدة بمواصلة العمل والتعاون الوثيق مع شركائها في إقليم كردستان وفي جميع أنحاء العراق.
