I’ll create real change driven by the values I believe in.
The future of work won’t be about titles.
It will not be just a paycheck or burnout culture.
It’s about building a career that aligns with our aspirations and values.
What are YOUR 3 words for work in 2025?
#work
When I think about work in 2025, three words come to mind.
And this is why my future will look different.
Promotion.
I’ll work to advance while giving my best every day.
Peace.
No more Sunday night anxiety, reliving awkward conversations.
Impact.
But think about:
-The stress on your mind and body.
-The burnout cycle it creates.
-If you deserve that.
Before you hit reply to that email.
Ask yourself:
-Does this need me right now?
-Can it wait until I’m back?
The answers matter.

Want to stay burnt out over Thanksgiving and beyond?
Do this during your break:
1. Keep your phone on 24/7.
2. Answer work texts instantly.
3. Bring your laptop everywhere.
4. Check emails when you're out of the office.
Some will say:
-You’ll fall behind if you don’t.

When I was at my lowest.
I noticed one thing was consistent.
My mornings were a mess.
It was bad. I:
↳Woke up feeling drained.
↳Started each day in a fog.
↳Struggled to get anything done.
It was overwhelming.
Until I learned how to take control of my mornings.

One mistake leaders make (that costs tons of $$$)
They don't understand how stress hormones work.
Leaders tell me often that stress is:
-Part of the job.
-A sign of hard work.
-What drives big results.
Here's the truth.

The fastest way to burn your team out (guaranteed)
Is to have this one common habit.
Pile on the work without:
Clear priorities.
Offering time for breaks
Asking for employee feedback
You've got deadlines.
Stuff needs to get done.
Here's how you can break the cycle
What's one habit that reduces your stress?
Someone asked me in a recent workshop.
The answer was simple.
It was gratitude.
It sounds like mumbo jumbo.
Here's how I moved from tired to thriving.

I met a leader who bragged about work ethic.
This person said, "Sleep is overrated." I learned they:
— Pulled all-nighters regularly.
— Expected the team to stay late.
— Believed rest was a sign of weakness.
Here's the connection between stress and sleep.

I've noticed 9 things about burnt-out teams.
That leaders miss. It makes teams:
Sick
Tired
Cynical
Irritable
Forgetful
Unreliable
Distrustful
Less productive
Emotionally detached
One that's easy to miss is cynicism.
