Come Work With Us in the Writing Center!
Writing Consultants at USCA’s Writing Center work one-on-one with fellow students to provide advice, resources, and support for writing across the disciplines. You don’t have to be a “perfect” writer to be the perfect person for the job.
We are hiring enthusiastic, helpful people from all disciplines for Fall 2021. Tutors must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, an A or B in English 101 and 102 (or equivalent courses), two faculty references, and a writing sample.
Don't be that person. No one likes that person.
Just because someone doesn't grammar to your expectations doesn't mean their arguments aren't valid.
Good writing is about more than just there/their/they're. We are here for you, and we are not grammar jerks. Promise.
