At ACCE we fight to enforce the Constitution *in its entirety* against the Federal and State Government to stop the current exercise of unconstitutional powers.
“The Constitution only serves to point out that part of the people's business, which they think proper by it to refer to the management of the persons therein designated”
John Jay couldn’t have been more clear.
people in government are just the hired help. He called them “agents and overseers for the people”
And they are only authorized to exercise those powers delegated to it in the constitution by we the people of the several states
And nothing more
@TenthAmendment@TenthAmendment What is your response to the claim that states have plenary power over that which wasn't delegated to the federal government?
I filed with FEC for the 2028 House race.
This allows me to raise funds to continue my political operations supporting my position as a current office holder and as a potential candidate for federal office.
I haven’t made a final decision about which office to seek, if I run.
If it takes the most expensive congressional race in U.S. history just to primary a sitting incumbent, who has one of the most conservative voting records, the seat is BEING bought.
Especially when it is ONE source financing the buyout.
Sketchy as hell!!!
@TrumpDailyPosts Judicial "interpretation" of the Constitution; and ignoring the fact that the amendment clause is the proper way to clarify something, not judicial interpretation.
@Sarah4Texas@Sarah4Texas doing both is a tool of injustice. Pick the charge, and go with it. Stacking charges is hedging your bet and should never be done. Please, keep your integrity instead of ensuring someone gets punished.
Were the events leading up to the American revolution, and the American revolution itself, not considered political violence? Is political violence not what the 2A was ratified to ensure could take place, if the government established by the Constitution became tyrannical? Please distinguish a material difference, if possible.
@bartofthehouses you sire are ignorant of the constitution, if you think those in government haven't usurped power.
Is it treason, doesn't look like it on its face. But if trying to subjugate people is classified as making war, then it very well could be treasonous.
SUBJUGATE, verb transitive [Latin Sub and jugo, to yoke.] To subdue and bring under the yoke of power or dominion; to conquer by force and compel to submit to the government or absolute control of another. *1828 Webster dictionary*
@Sarah4Texas@Sarah4Texas , correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't it knowingly file a document with a regulatory agency, that happens to be false? Or is it just for federal purposes that the government doesn't have to prove you knew the contents were false?
@TenthAmendment Until we stop letting @SCOTUS circumvent the amendment process by judicial decree (like they did in England, which we separated from), they will keep reading in exceptions that are nowhere found in the Constitution, just like the one you pointed out.
@LWH132@acce_usa We are thankful for your trust in fighting the despots. We cannot end the tyranny without brave people like yourself, who will not bend a knee, and insist on fighting for what is right. #JacyStrong
To everyone out there that thinks because a statute exists, that it must be the valid law. Please watch this and maybe, just maybe, you can free yourself from the despotism that you currently live under.
