@usfbulls69 Honestly, it’s terrible. Who was the last coach to have success at USF who has coached at a better job before landing at USF? All of our successful coaches have been young, extremely motivated, and have not been the head coach of a UL (basketball), Texas (football) etc.

@NAM37 @JoeGreenUSF Immediate success is the baseline. The most or 2nd most resources in the entire conference. The industry has changed. Theres no developing players. You buy players every year and in this conference with these resources should be competing for a conference championship. Period.

WTF are we doing? Hiring a near-60 year old coach who peaked at UL years ago. Had top NIL at Charleston but couldn’t win the conf in 2 seasons. No conf title since 2018 (Xavier regular season only). No coach awards since then. Why do we always have to find a way to go backwards?
