First,
they claimed the three were killed by them.
But when exposed,
they said the victims were caught in crossfire.
How did only those three die?
Were they used as human shields?
Does this not also violate human rights?
Make a better story next time, @assampolice@cacharpolice.
Did they question their own people's actions then,
or did they justify when their mobs blocked and burned materials meant for the #Manipur Hill Districts people (#Kuki_Zo)?
Were they interested in law and order then,
or are they reacting only after being at the receiving end?
🙏

The combined team of the Peoples Defence Force(PDF), Kuki National Army-Burma(KNA-B) and Kachin Independence Army(KIA) had a heavy gunfight with Meitei Seperatists groups, the People's Liberation Army (PLA) and the United National Liberation Front (UNLF) in three locations in Myothit, Myanmar, for three days from the 7th to the 9th of May 2024.
During the gunfight, some of the PLA and UNLF cadres were killed, others were injured, and many fled from their camp.
During a subsequent search of the area, the PDF recovered many arms and ammunition, including a high-explosive bomb from the Manipur Police Department, as well as commando dress and other equipment from the PLA and UNLF camp in Myothit, Myanmar.
These outlaw organizations have taken shelter in this area for many years and have been attacking the Indian Army and other central forces of India.
