Makerere University running out of ideas? It's unfair to set dogs against fees defaulters - it's not the Makerere I attended! Dogs look for criminals and fees defaulters are not criminals.

Just dropped my son Alvin at Vienna college Namugongo who is going to do his A2 final exams in May. He wants to do Bio medical course at the University. I wish him well as he prepares for his finals.
Ever since @RebeccaKadagaUG lost the endorsement in CEC, she has reformed and the powers that be should reconsider her this time around as the sole candidate for Speaker @Parliament_Ug. Then let the General be appointed 1st Deputy PM and Minister of EAC affairs. Steady progress.
Fellow Ugandans, at 3pm tomorrow, March 22, 2022, I will issue an update on the burial program of the Speaker, Rt. Hon. @JacobOulanyah. Please, ignore the fake program circulating on social media. Thank you! BMB
In 1990, I visited my brother @02b537db932643f @MitchelHall3. First time I met u & @norbertmao Block B. In 1995, was invited to lecture to LDC students on Community Policing. We chatted & later became close. We shared & wished each other a birthday, March 23, every year. Adios 🙌🏽
"I miss putting on my bow tie, I miss putting on my suit, and I miss going through the rules of procedure"Speaker of Parliament Jacob Oulanyah told Deputy Speaker Anita Among when he had some strength and had recovered abit. Among visited Oulanyah in his sick bed in the USA.
If he had stayed in hospital for a year, the deputy speaker would still preside. Why the rush? Judiciary stayed without a chief justice for more than a year and Bank of Uganda is still without a governor. Let us first mourn the peoples' Speaker.
Countrymen and Countrywomen.
It is with a lot of sadness that I announce the death of the Rt. Hon. Jacob Oulanyah, the Speaker of Parliament. Via- @KagutaMuseveni
