Juneteenth marks both the long, hard night of slavery and subjugation β and the promise of that brighter morning to come. Itβs a day of profound weight and power. Today and every day, we must work to ensure our nation finally lives up to its promise of equality for all.
#Juneteenth is a reminder of how far we've come in the fight for Black liberation, and of how much more work there is left to be done. Be vigilant. Every day, we must affirm that #BlackLivesMatter, and work hard to create that change. βπΏ #FreedomDay#JUNETEENTH2021#BLM
