@DrBPHealth My 1 vice: adding sugar to my coffee. In a 20oz cup I add 4 tbs of sugar with a dash of Ceylon cinnamon, a dash of cardamom, a dash of Madagascar vanilla, & a dash of nutmeg - and 100 mL of heavy cream. My understanding is that the spices lower the glycemic index. Your thoughts?
