Her academic journey culminated in a PhD in Neuroscience at the University of Zurich, equipping her with solid research skills and a profound understanding of neurological complexities.
Currently, Francesca leads IMAI MedTech as CEO and co-founder. This ambitious startup is at the forefront of developing an innovative automated robotic platform for 3D analysis of tumor tissues. The goal is to revolutionize cancer diagnosis and reshape the digital pathology landscape.
IMAI MedTech has won funding and support of ETH Entrepreneurship, Innosuisse, Universitätsspital Zürich, Venture Kick, ETH Pioneer Fellowship, ETH Entrepreneur Club, Gebert Rüf Stiftung, and S2S Ventures.
