Language is not neutral.
It structures cognition.
When institutions compel people to adopt false categories about biological reality, that is not “inclusion.” It is psychological coercion.
Coercive language mandates function as behavior-shaping tools.
That is a documented mechanism of psychological conditioning.
When such conditioning is applied to children by adults in positions of authority, and results in increased rates of anxiety, dissociation, depression, and self-harm, it crosses from ideology into institutional abuse.
Medicalizing identity confusion in minors rather than resolving it mirrors the structure of factitious disorder imposed on another (formerly Munchausen by proxy): adults imposing an illness narrative onto a dependent for ideological or institutional validation.
That is not compassion.
That is harm.
Any professional who:
• Teaches false biological claims as fact
• Pressures minors to adopt medicalized identity labels
• Discourages neutral exploratory therapy
• Or promotes irreversible medical pathways for psychological distress
is violating basic standards of child protection.
At minimum:
They should be removed from positions of authority.
There should be transparent investigations.
Where negligence or misconduct is found, licensure revocation and criminal liability should be on the table.
This is not about politics.
It is about safeguarding children from institutionalized psychological injury.
Reality is not hate.
Biology is not violence.
Protecting children is not extremism.
It is the bare minimum moral standard.
