Ketika Pertahanan Sipil bergegas ke sebuah rumah yang terkena serangan bom tanpa peringatan dan mulai menggali, mereka menemukan seorang gadis berusia 19 tahun masih hidup. Separuh tubuhnya terjepit di antara dua lempengan beton, lengannya putus, dan tubuhnya terkoyak oleh pecahan bom.

Saat mereka mencoba membebaskannya dan meringankan rasa sakitnya, mereka menanyakan tentang dirinya, dan dia memberi tahu mereka bahwa dia berusia 19 tahun, telah menghafal sebagian Al-Qur'an, mendapat nilai sembilan puluh persen saat SMA, dan merupakan mahasiswa yang berprestasi.
