#cleartrip sold me a room for 1 night stay in a hotel that exists only on Google Maps but doesn't exist in reality at the address given. Now, shamelessly they offered me Rs. 90 in compensation saying it's a budget hotel from #Oyo & that's the most we can do. [Contd.]

I used their app to book a hotel & their senior staff on call tried to run away by saying it's oyo's property not ours (but Oyo is nowhere mentioned in their booking voucher), you booked a budget Oyo hotel.

to give me d answers of my question mentioned above.I want answers of the harrassment I faced dat night when I was standing on road at 1 at night & denied any help frm Cleartrip & asked 2 book a hotel by myself.Imagine if it would have happened with a lady asking 4 help at 1 am.

Whoever responsible should be punished bcoz cleartrip's seniors don't take calls at night that's what I was told by the spokesperson frm Cleartrip on call & I can only get help in d morning. So, search your accommodation by yourself. @Cleartrip @oyorooms @tourismgoi #digitalscam

Scam : Clear Trip sold me a room in a hotel/property which doesn't exist. I booked a hotel named "Townhouse 1142 Good Vibes Hotel Residency, plot num 116 near Patanjali mega store, nearby LG Best Shop, Delhi 110075, New Delhi on cleartrip for tonight (11 sept).

Sounds like people who book the budget hotels have to face the this kind of harrasment & that too for a hotel that doesn't exists. They even let me to talk to the owner of the hotel that doesn't exist.
