Our drop in yesterday was full of life, laughter and fun!!!
We had craft activities, some people were making Christmas decorations, playing games, dominoes and we even had a huge jigsaw out!

Our mindful walk today saw a good 4 walkers come out and take part in our 30 minute walk at Tatton!!! Beautiful day!!! One lady after 3 weeks is already feeling the benefits and making improvements in her life!! @riseframework @ChorleyCouncil

Our wonderful RSPH Understanding Health improvement group!! Learners at the Tatton community centre learnt all about goal setting and health inequalities!! The group are already starting to see new skills from our sessions and new health behaviours are shaping!!! @riseframework

Our wonderful RSPH Understanding health Improvement level 2 was fabulous today and our local Chorley East group really enjoyed learning more about exercise, diet, smoking and alcohol consumption. Lovely friendships made and a wonderful group!!! @riseframework @ChorleyCouncil

Our community drop in at a Tatton community centre was very creative yesterday. We took part in a origami session with a local man called Alan and the fabulous Citizens advice came along to support the local people. @riseframework @ChorleyCouncil

Today we launched the start of our RSPH Understanding health improvement award at Tatton centre. We had 8 fabulous participants come along and learn positive and negatives influences of health, resources, signposting and supporting others. @riseframework @ChorleyCouncil @chorle
