24% of the prison population have been in care. Today, we launch phase 2 of our outreach at @hmpps, helping young care leavers with advice and guidance. After release, we provide wraparound support and jobs in a safe space.

Quite a few new people came to todays community drop in. One was quite nervous to start with and after colouring, crafts, a quiz and table tennis she left smiling and wanting to come back. She’s is coming to yoga on Monday!! @riseframework @ChorleyCouncil @ChorleyEast

We are celebrating our young person, Holly.

Holly came to us after her Degree unsure of next steps. After a short period of apps, mock interviews, some coaching & a cracking CV, she has secured a role as a Graduate Physicist👩‍🎓
