@greateranglia On Sunday I wanted buy an off peak day return Stansted Mountfitchet to Liverpool Street for use on Wednesday. This has always loved travel on 09h20 which arrives London after 10h00. Cost been £37.10 for 2 adults with Senior Railcards. But this time no option to buy this fare
@greateranglia@HarryBarnes Problem continues. Off peak restriction web page now correct but still impossible to buy an off peak return Stansted Mountfitchet to Liverpool Street departing 09h20.
@greateranglia@HarryBarnes These are NOT the options given when I bought tickets on line. Specifically , for example, the first train I could get from Stsnsted Mountfitchet was 09h53.
@JohnLewisRetail Pleasant enough person at call centre but really annoyed your IT issue means cannot schedule delivery of fridge freezer bought online Friday. I have a week ahead to plan. All call centre can say is might be fixed Monday and 72 hour response time to raising case.
